Peachy Sparkler Recipe #celebratesummer
Disclosure: I was compensated for this post. The opinions are completely my own based on my experience.
It now feels officially like summer. School is out and the weather is hot and I’m looking for ways to beat the heat. One thing that always does the trick is a cold, fruity drink. I always enjoy sitting out in our backyard and taking in the sunshine and blue skies while sipping on a delicious beverage. This past week I made Peachy Sparkler from Minute Maid and it was exactly what I needed in the 30°C weather!
The recipe couldn’t be any easier to make. It’s a can of Minute Maid Peach Punch and Orange Juice frozen concentrate. Add in some lime juice (fresh or from a bottle), Sprite and use frozen peaches (or grapes) as your ice. The result is a refreshing and sweet flavour that epitomizes summer. If you have guests, serve them this recipe. I guarantee they will be impressed.
I kept mine a virgin, but you could add some alcohol to it if you wish. Vodka would be great or even some peach schnapps!
Peachy Sparkler

Ingredients:
- 1 can Minute Maid Peach Punch Frozen concentrate, mixed with 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 can Minute Maid Original 100% chilled Orange Juice from concentrate
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 5 cups Sprite
Directions:
- In a large pitcher, stir together Minute Maid Frozen Peach Punch with Minute Maid 100% Orange juice and lime juice.
- To serve, fill a glass with frozen grapes and/or frozen peaches. Fill glass halfway with juice and top with Sprite. Alternatively you can skewer grapes and peach slices on a straw and freeze.
The Minute Maid site is full of drink recipes! Last year I made both Sparkling Grape Lemonade and Pretty in Pink Punch and both were a hit! Though I think my favourite out of the three drinks is the Peachy Sparkler. I’m partial to the sweet peach taste.
Minute Maid Smoothies
I’m also looking forward to trying Minute Maid’s newest product in Canada: the frozen fruit smoothies! They are made with 100% juice, real fruit puree and no added sugar and are quick and simple to make. Just pour the frozen can contents into a blender and add ice and water (or substitute milk, yogurt or ice cream for added creamy texture). Then blend away and serve! There’s two varieties to enjoy: Strawberry-Banana and Tropical. Find them now in your local grocery store freezer aisle at a SRP of $1.99. I’m going grocery shopping this weekend so I’ll be checking them out at our local store. If you try them, let me know what you think!
What is your favourite drink to celebrate summer?
Easy and refreshing with a crisp, summery taste. A perfect solution for this time of year. It’s rum day so maybe I will add rum…coconut or spiced varieties would be good.
