Cheddar Dill Muffins

Matty calls this recipe biscuits, but I still say muffins! I’m a fan of savory muffins (try these Pizza Muffins) and this recipe turns out perfectly every time.

They are delicious served for breakfast with a tea or coffee. Heat them in the microwave and add some butter. OMG soooo good.

The dill is not overpowering. Fresh dill is plentiful right now at our local grocery stores so I grabbed a bunch to make some recipes with it. If you can find fresh, try Litehouse Freeze Dried Dill instead. I use their freeze dried herbs quite a bit in recipes with great results.
