- Step Six: Cook for 2-3 minutes in the hot oil. Flip the fritters over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step Seven: Transfer the corn fritters to paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Sprinkle the fritters with salt.
- Step Eight: Repeat cooking the fritters until they are all cooked. Before adding more batter to the pan, you can add oil as needed.
