Honey Banana Grilled Cheese Sandwich

This Honey Banana Grilled Cheese Sandwich is good that you’ll think you’re eating it for dessert! If you need a quick recipe to impress, this is the perfect one to try. I used creamy, sweet mascarpone cheese  along with slices of bananas and a drizzle of honey. Each bite is perfection!

It’s rich. It’s buttery. It’s sweet. And it was a hit with my kids! It’s not something I’d make every day because of the price of the mascarpone cheese, but every once in a while, it’s a nice treat.

Did I mention how easy it was to make? Make it the same way you would a regular grilled cheese sandwich.

If you don’t want to use mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese would also work. Look for the extra smooth variety if you can.

I hope you enjoy every last bite!
