Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

“This is the BEST savory pie ever”, says my boyfriend, Matty. He loved this recipe so much that he ate almost the whole pie himself. I was able to snag a piece and let me tell you, he’s right. It’s delicious!

I’m a big fan of Impossible Pies that gained fame in the 1970s. The original recipe was shared on the back of a box of Bisquick mix. I love making them because they are just so dang easy and I always have great results.

Very tasty & easy. Recommend pouring the bisquick mixture before cheese as my extra cheesy version made the bisquick difficult to penetrate.

      Easy Peasy!
      Everyone loved it!

This was a good recipe for a picky family but I would suggest adding salt to the ground beef.

    4. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but if you are using Krusteaz (don’t have bisquick on hand) which only calls for water, should you just use water or would it still be best to use the milk and eggs on this recipe?

      1. I would just use the mix and the rest of the ingredients that are in the recipe. It looks like it’s similar to Bisquick.
