What to Serve with Them
Variations and Substitutions
- Use yellow corn tortillas or white corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas.
- Add a squeeze of lime juice over the chips after cooking for freshness and flavor.
- Instead of savory spices, use cinnamon sugar and have a sweet snack.
- Use avocado oil instead of vegetable oil.
- Change up the amount of salt and type of salt you use. Add extra sea or coarse salt to the spice mixture for a salty tortilla.
- Try your favorite seasonings to suit your taste. Garlic powder is also yummy. Use whatever you think will give the best flavor.
