There are just a few ingredients in this easy dessert dip recipe.

    • Cream Cheese – This is the base of the recipe; make sure you use full-fat cream cheese for the most flavor.
    • Butter – Use unsalted butter so you can control how salty it is.
    • Brown Sugar – Light brown sugar has the best flavor because dark brown sugar will taste too rich.
    • White Sugar – Granulated white sugar sweetens the dip perfectly.
    • Vanilla Extract – Pure vanilla extract adds the perfect amount of flavor to the dip.
    • Dark Chocolate Chips – Mix in your favorite flavor of baking chips.

    Variations and Substitutions

    •  Add ¼ to ⅓ cup of cocoa powder to make a chocolate dip.
    • Substitute or add chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds.
    • Adjust the flavor using a different extract type in the dip. Try almond, lemon, or another flavor to match your flavors.

    Storage Instructions

Store any remaining Cookie Dough Dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator, ensuring it’s well-sealed to maintain freshness. You can refrigerate the dip for up to 3-5 days.

Alternatively, you can freeze it in a covered container for up to 1-2 months for longer storage.

When ready to enjoy the frozen dip, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight or until it reaches a creamy consistency before serving. It is best to allow the dip to come to room temperature before serving, as it stiffens when refrigerated.
