Strawberry S’mores
These Strawberry S’mores are a fruity twist on a campfire classic made in bulk in the oven! They’re made with the traditional graham cracker base layered with gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and fresh slices of strawberry.

Don’t let the fact that you aren’t camping stop you from enjoying a sweet s’more or two. This recipe for strawberry s’mores is super simple to whip up at home!
These s’mores are just like classic s’mores—buttery graham crackers, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows—except we added a fresh burst of sweetness from sliced strawberries.
This flavor combination is delicious, and the recipe could not be easier! Just toast them in the oven, add the strawberries, and devour them.
Don’t forget to make extra. You’ll definitely be going back for seconds!
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- Just a few ingredients. You have the classic graham cracker, marshmallow, and chocolate trio with the addition of fresh strawberries.
- Made indoors. No need to build a fire. These s’mores are baked in the oven.
- Feeds a crowd. You can make as many s’mores as fit on your baking sheet! You can make as many or as few as you need.
Ingredients
The full printable recipe card with measurements and instructions is found at the bottom of the post.
- Graham Crackers: I like to keep it classic with regular graham crackers, but feel free to use other flavors if that’s what you prefer.
- Strawberries: Freshly sliced strawberries add the perfect burst of fresh sweetness.
- Marshmallows: Use regular-sized marshmallows for the perfect portion.
- Chocolate Bars: You’ll need 2-3 chocolate bars. Be sure to break them up into squares for the perfect amount of chocolate.

How to Make Strawberry S’mores
- Step One: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place six graham crackers on a baking sheet. Top each cracker with a marshmallow. Bake for about 7 minutes or until just starting to melt and brown.

- Step Two: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top with a square of chocolate. Put back in the oven for about two minutes or until the chocolate is softened and starting to melt.
- Step Three: Remove from oven and place three sliced strawberries on each, and top with the rest of the graham crackers. Serve hot.

What to Serve with It
These strawberry s’mores are an excellent stand-alone dessert.
If you are craving more, they pair perfectly with a generous helping of homemade vanilla ice cream or strawberry ice cream.

Recipe Tips and Tricks
- Watch closely. Take the marshmallows out as soon as they start to turn golden-brown. We don’t want to burn them.
- Serve immediately. S’mores are best enjoyed right away while the marshmallows are sticky and gooey and the chocolate is melty.

Variations and Substitutions
- Try another chocolate. You can use any chocolate bar that sounds good to you! Try white chocolate, dark chocolate, or milk chocolate, OR use another candy bar entirely.
- Use another cracker. Graham crackers are the classic option, but you could go with a sweet and salty flavor profile and try making your s’mores with a base of saltine crackers or Ritz crackers.
- Swap the strawberries. I love the chocolate and strawberry combo, but feel free to try your s’mores with another fruit, such as raspberries or blackberries.

Storage Instructions
Fully assembled and baked s’mores are best served immediately. I don’t recommend storing them for later.
