Iced Honey Almond Milk Latte
Cool, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet—this Iced Honey Almond Milk Latte is your new go-to pick-me-up! Made with smooth espresso, naturally sweet honey, and vanilla almond milk, it’s the perfect balance of bold and refreshing. Want to take it up a notch? A fluffy dollop of homemade whipped cream and a drizzle of honey make it extra indulgent. Easy to make, even easier to love!
Spring is in the air, and no sweetener seems springier than honey!
Today, we will use unsweetened vanilla almond milk as the base of our latte. If you are not keen on experimenting with new milk, feel free to use your preference, but I highly recommend you give this version a shot (or two)—you’ll be glad you did!
Almond milk adds a subtle flavor and sweetness to a drink. If you do not have an espresso maker, you can substitute ½ cups of strong-brewed coffee.
Since we are serving this latte iced, you won’t need to worry about steaming any milk! The addition of homemade whipped cream really makes this drink the best—dare I say, the bee’s knees of iced lattes.
Don’t get me wrong—I am no snob to a good ol’ can of ready-whipped cream, but it only takes a few minutes to whip up a small batch from scratch. The unsweetened creaminess takes this drink to the next level!
So, why not start this season off on the right foot by making this delicious iced latte?!

Coffee is my middle name. I’ll have to give this a try. My sisters love their coffee on the sweeter side so I’ll have to make this for them.

This is delicious! I also added a pinch of cardamom for an extra touch of spice and richness – would recommend!
