121 Easy Slow Cooker Recipes

I notice I use my slow cooker more often in the colder months. There’s nothing like the scent of a delicious meal simmering all day long and making the house smell so good! I normally make soups and stews in the slow cooker, but there’s a million other ways you can cook with it. In honour of January being National Slow Cooker month, I’ve rounded up 121 easy slow cooker recipes that I’d love to make. A few of them are my recipes, but the majority of them come from my blogger friends. You’ll be able to serve up many yummy meals for your family with these recipes and never run short of ways to use your slow cooker. Mine’s a permanent fixture on my counter top. How about you?

    This is a wonderful – and needed – post. I’m with you. I love my slow cooker year-round but really use it in the winter. Comforting smells fill and warm the house all day. I do several chilis, soups, and stews. My daughter likes to make stuffed onions and stuffed peppers in the slow cooker, too. So many things you can do with it. Enjoy!

    What a great collection of recipes! I think my slow cooker cooks a little to hot, because everything I make (the meat I mean) has a funky texture. I guess I need to keep experimenting, but trial and error is expensive!
