You don’t have to be a vegetarian to enjoy them, either. Going meatless now and then is a simple way to add more variety to your weekly meal plan. And honestly? It’s easier than you might think. There are so many satisfying, flavorful options that you won’t even miss the meat.

    It’s so hard to find recipes that are meatless with a lot of taste! I use Vegetable broth in most of my recipes to bring out the flavor.

    I’m one of those crazy folks who doesn’t always need meat on the table – I always say as long as it’s a good gravy I don’t really need the meat. I also love things like scrambled eggs on toast, beans on toast, cheese fondue etc – all meatless. 🙂
