Did you know National Egg Day is June 3rd? Yes! It is the day we celebrate eggs! After all, eggs are one of THE most perfect foods. Not only are they loaded in protein, but they have no carbohydrates or sugar. This makes the incredible egg a great food for everyone to enjoy but a really great choice if you are on a low-carb diet. And, there are so many ways to enjoy eggs as you will see in these Easy Egg Recipes that you will never get tired of them!

I, personally, eat a lot of eggs with my low carb diet. Right now, I’m on a huge frittata kick. I enjoy experimenting with different flavor combinations. And, if you search my site for frittata, you will find a few of my favorite recipes.

But who says eggs are only for breakfast? In addition to frittatas for breakfast, I also enjoy eating eggs for supper! Scrambled eggs and bacon make for a delicious night time meal!
