Tart apples + salty cheddar cheese is a perfect marriage in this delicious Apple Cheddar Quick Bread.
I normally only make Banana Bread so was curious to see how apple bread would taste. Apples & cheese at first may look like a strange combination but they actually go together perfectly.
The sweet tartness of the apples compliments the saltiness of the old cheddar.
Spread some butter on each slice and enjoy. SO GOOD!

Is there really no extra water or will added? Everything else looks good. But the instructions definitely forgot to mention that you will need to combine the wet and dry ingredients. As written, you are only baking a pan lined with the wet ingredients
