Macaroni Dill Salad
Whip up this Macaroni Dill Salad in no time to serve at your summer BBQs! Fresh dill and radishes give this easy pasta salad an extra zip of flavor.
Macaroni Dill Salad
Macaroni Salad is a classic recipe. Add a little dill and radish to it and you have brought it to a whole other dimension. It’s seriously yummy.
I love the creamy dressing and how it envelopes the tender macaroni noodles. Radishes are one of my favourite veggies. I eat them raw sliced like chips. So so good. I added a bunch chopped along with some fresh dill to create a mean summer salad.
It’s peppery and fresh tasting. You could eat a bowl for lunch or serve it on the side of a burger or steak.
I find the longer it sits in the fridge to chill, the better the flavor becomes. It’s best served cold.
Matty and his parents tried it and loved it. His mom sent me a nice message saying how much her and his dad enjoyed it with their dinner. It’s a keeper.
