I’ve loved seafood for as long as I can remember. When I was a little girl, my favorite food was shrimp. To this day, it’s still one of my favorites. And, luckily, we live in the Maritimes where the seafood is plentiful and fresh! Most of the local restaurants here have an extensive seafood menu, but I like to make my own dishes at home because it is much more economical and easy on the budget.

    Being a lover of shrimp, I found several new recipes to try. You can never go wrong with having a variety of ways to make a favorite food, right? Not only is it a delicious dish to add to the menu, but it also keeps the menu fresh instead of serving your favorites the same old way!

    Right now, with BBQ season in full swing, we are again enjoying our Grilled Sesame Shrimp & Veggies! It is an easy, and simple, foil packet recipe perfect for the grill. It has an Asian twist that amps the flavor up for a mouthwatering delight! As I said, easy – simple – and oh, so delicious!

      OMG, I am a MAJOR shrimp junkie! Those pictures should be illegal. As a matter of fact, I think they ARE illegal in 17 states. I don’t have the patience to cook all this, I’m off to Red Lobster today, thanks to you!

      My mouth is just watering. I would love to try the Pan Seared Bacon Scallops from A Thrifty Diva Surviving Mommy Hood. I make the stuffed mushroom caps quite a bit and I love those too.
