  6. In my personal opinion, any month is seafood month. Love seafood. So many of the above sound wonderful. One of my family favorite is grilled shrimp marinated in a roasted garlic/butter.

    The adage – noone one can cook fish cakes like Mum is sooooo true. Any recipe I can find I attempt to put a twist on the standard pepper and flour. These look crispy and delicious – definitely opting to try. Ty.
