Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Appetizer or meal? You choose. Whatever you decide, you are in for a whole lot of deliciousness with these easy Sweet & Sour Meatballs. They are a classic recipe that’s been handed down over many generations!
Sweet & Sour Meatballs
I like to serve mine over a bed of rice with a side of veggies for a simple dinner. The sauce adds so much extra flavour. I love the sweet tang!
I used my grandma’s old trick of rolling the meatballs in flour. This step helps them to hold together better in the pan and gives them a tasty coating.
I don’t typically make meatballs on the stovetop and usually bake them. I made sure to cut a few open to check for doneness. I’m always a little paranoid when I’m cooking with meat. You could use a food thermometer to just to be on the safe side.
Once you try a meatball, you can’t stop at just one. They are addicting!
