    • Black Olives: These are optional, but they enhance the chicken’s flavor. 
    • Ro*Tel Tomatoes: These tomatoes add sweetness and spice to the chicken.
    • Cream Of Chicken Soup: This creates a delicious gravy for the chicken.
    • Green Chiles: Use as many as you want to make it spicy.

    • Add some black beans or white beans to the chicken mixture. This will make it even heartier and more filling.
    • Instead of ROTEL and green chiles, use chunky salsa. This will add more spice. 
    • Add a diced bell pepper. This will give it more color and texture. 
    • Add a little bit of white chicken chili seasoning mix. This will kick up the flavor a notch! 
    • Make South Of The Border Chicken Chili. Add one more can of soup and a can of whole kernel corn, then top with tortilla strips.

    Yes, there are a few straightforward ways to make it taste spicier. First, add chili powder. If that doesn’t make it spicy enough, some red pepper flakes or even a dash of hot sauce will do the trick!

    • 10 small corn tortillas cut into 1-inch squares
    • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and chopped
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 can black olives 398ml can, drained
    • 1 can ROTEL 284ml can
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup 284ml can
    • 1 can green chilies 127ml can
    • fresh chopped cilantro for garnish, optional
