Some food calendars say June is Seafood month while others say October. Which one is right I don’t know. However, I thought why not share some savory seafood recipes since seafood can be enjoyed anytime of year!
I’ve loved seafood for as long as I can remember. When I was a little girl, my favourite food was shrimp. To this day, it’s still one of my favourites. We live in the Maritimes where seafood is plentiful and fresh. Most restaurants here have an extensive seafood menu, but I like to make my own dishes at home…it’s more economical!
