Bruschetta Chicken

We eat chicken a few times a week and I’m always look for new and delicious ways to serve it up. I recently made the most mouthwatering Bruschetta Chicken ever. Seriously. I had to stop myself from eating the juicy, fresh tomato topping so there would be some left for dinner!

    It’s super simple and quick to whip up. All you need to bake is the chicken and the Bruschetta topping just needs a little time to mingle together. The flavour is out of this world.

    I used Litehouse® Freeze Dried Garlic and Litehouse® Freeze Dried Basil so the only chopping you need to do is the tomatoes. No stinky garlic fingers here! 

    Bruschetta Chicken

    Each bite is juicy and fresh. You could serve the Bruschetta topping with other cuts of meat too. Pork chops would also be tasty. 

    With the holidays, coming add the Bruschetta topping to a baguette. Easy peasy. Though you might be like me and be tempted to just to eat it on its own. I won’t judge. Promise.
