With only three ingredients, you can have this ready in a matter of minutes.

- frozen cranberries
- coconut oil
- brown sugar or raw sugar

Use it on your body to exfoliate dead skin. Cranberries are full of antioxidants which has anti-aging properties. Use it in the shower so any mess is easy to clean up.
I recommend storing it in the fridge since it contains food ingredients. Use within one month for optimal freshness.

How often to do you recommend I use this? 2x a week?
Once or twice a week is good!
Hi Stacie, great recipe thanks. Cranberries dont seem to be as common in Australia, do you think this would work with blueberries or perhaps the texture is quite different? J
I’ve made scrubs with blueberries too so feel free to substitute!
Thanks so much Stacie, it worked a treat!
Can you use this as a lip scrub, and it’s edible, right?
Yes, you could use it as a lip scrub and all the ingredients are edible.
This looks so indulgent, and I bet it smells wonderful, too!

HI Stacie,
I Love your blog an this sugar scrub looks amazing, what else could I use in place of the coconut oil? I can’t afford the cost of the coconut oil.
Thank you so much.
Merry Christmas!
Hugs, Teresa
I sometimes use olive oil as a carrier oil in scrubs.
How long does it keep? Does it have to be refrigerated??
It should be stored in the fridge for up to one month.

I have not used cranberries on my skin. I may give this a try. Thought: Do the cranberries stain the tub area?  Regardless this sounds like a great cracker spread too 🙂Â
I may eat it too! Looks delish.
I have made a honey sugar scrub before, this one looks amazing though especially since the cranberries have antioxidants.
