The beauty of this recipe is that it can be made with one or two ingredients. I recommend using a disposable BBQ foil pan to cook them in.

When camping loaed scrambled eggs. Putting in a little bit of everything. That makes the best eggs.

    2. We’ve been camping for over 25 years and have never seen a recipe like this. Our go-to is usually cheesey scrambled because all the kids liked them. Eggs, cheese a drop of milk and happy kidlets.

When camping I love egg salad sandwiches. Recipe: boiled eggs (smashed up finely), mix with some mayo, salt, pepper, finely chopped green onion or chives, pinch of dry mustard powder. Spread on bread, add some lettuce, top with 2nd slice of bread and you’re good to go.

Also – egg salad is my favourite chip dip!!! Great with rippled chips!

I love a cheese omelet on.

    5. Our family enjoys eggs in “egg mcmuffins”. We use a croissant for the bun, add a fried egg, ham and cheese.
