Asian Chicken Nachos

I’ve been wanting to make this recipe for SO LONG now. When I saw that Litehouse® had introduced a new product, Litehouse® Sesame Miso Dressing & Dip, I knew exactly what I wanted to make. Asian Chicken Nachos!
They are sooooo good! I used wontons instead of tortilla chips. They are super easy to make in the oven. I cooked them in sesame oil and they have incredible flavour and crunch.
For the toppings, you can use leftover chicken if you like. Even leftover turkey would work if you want to create a post-holiday meal.
For veggies, I included red cabbage, cucumber, shoestring carrots and green onions. I love how vibrant this recipe is.
Add some Litehouse® Sesame Miso Dressing & Dip as the sauce and a little cheese and you have a mouthwatering appetizer or meal. Your choice.
