Passionate Sangria

Passionate sangria in a pitcher.

The first time I tried this fruity and tangy Passionate Sangria, I just knew I’d found my go-to drink for the next few summers.

Sangria in a pitcher with a wooden spoon.

Not only was it oh-so-refreshing, but it was slightly sweet and loaded with exotic flavors from the different alcoholic drinks and citrus fruit. And the sweet passion fruit and pineapple juice? Well, they were just the cherries on top!

In case you’re wondering what Sangria is, it’s essentially an infused mixture of red wine and freshly diced fruit. But most recipes include pre-mixed juices to add a hint of extra sweetness to the mix.

Plus, the beauty of this Passionate Sangria is that the base recipe is incredibly easy to switch up. You can throw in different chopped fruits, change the juices you add, and even pop handfuls of frozen fruit in to cool things down further! Oh, and did I mention that you can even add herbs to the mix for a hint of extra freshness?
