With their tender and juicy texture, smothered in a sweet and savory sauce, these Slow Cooker Honey Bourbon Steak Bites are not only easy to make but also perfect for busy nights when you want a yummy and satisfying meal that the whole family will enjoy.
Sear the steak bites in a large skillet over medium-high heat just enough to get some color on the outside, but not enough to cook through. Add the steak bites to the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, stir together the bourbon, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Pour over top of the steak bites in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or until the steak bites are fork tender.
If the sauce is too thin at the ned of cooking, combine the water with the cornstarch and stir into the sauce to thicken it. Serve hot.
