salted butter
melted

sour cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Add the melted butter to a large mixing bowl.
Add sour cream to the bowl and whisk together.
Add self-rising flour to the bowl and stir together with a wooden spoon until combined.
Spoon the dough ⅔ of the way full in 12-count muffin pan. You don't need to grease the pan.
Bake for 20 to 23 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
Let cool 5 minutes in the pan before moving to a cooling rack.
