drained and rinsed

taco seasoning

extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together chickpeas, taco seasoning, and extra virgin olive oil. Spread out evenly on the baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 8 to 10 minutes, or until crispy.
Notes
Dry the chickpeas off with a paper towel before you use them in the recipe.
