Maple Apple Pudding

Granny Smith apples
your choice, peeled, cored and chopped into ½ inch pieces

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and spread apples on the bottom. Pour
½
cup maple syrup over top of the apples.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, lemon juice, ¼ cup maple syrup and milk.
In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir flour mixture into egg mixture until fully combined and smooth. Stir in raisins and cinnamon.
Pour batter over the apples as evenly as you can.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until apples are cooked and top is golden. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
