Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch casserole dish.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts and cook for about 10 minutes, until mushrooms are browned.
Combine cooked peas with Cream of Mushroom soup. Stir in mushrooms and bean sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture in casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
Top with toasted slivered almonds.
