Ramen in dessert?! Trust me here. These crunchy no-bake dessert bars are packed with peanut butter and coated in chocolate for a treat your family won't forget.
Add parchment paper to a 9×9 inch baking pan and then spray with cooking spray.
Add ramen noodles, sweetened condensed milk, salt, powdered sugar and peanut butter to a large bowl and stir together.
Spread mixture evenly into baking pan.
Microwave the chocolate chips on medium for 45 seconds. Stir and continue to microwave at 15 second increments on medium until melted. Stir in between. Watch it carefully so it doesn’t seize.
Pour melted chocolate on top of ramen mixture in the pan and spread to cover. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and enjoy.
