Pour maple syrup into a bowl. Dip the rim of two glasses in and swirl it around to cover. Then dip the glasses into another bowl filled with the crumbled maple cream cookies. Set aside.
In a blender, add ice cream and coffee and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream, maple syrup and crumbled maple cream cookies.
