Instructions
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours. You want to ensure you don’t overcook the beans. You don’t want them falling apart.
Once cooked, turn the slow cooker off.
The black beans are now ready to serve. You can serve the black beans in a bowl or top them off with mozzarella cheese.
