Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup 10.5oz/284ml cans
½ cup unsalted butter cut into slices
4 cups chicken broth
1 package egg noodles 375g (about 2 ½ cups), uncooked
dried parsley or chives for garnish, optional

Instructions

Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Sprinkle on garlic powder, poultry seasoning, dried chives, salt and pepper.
Pour the cream of chicken soup on top. Top with butter slices.
Add the chicken broth. Do not stir.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Shred the chicken breasts with a fork in the slow cooker.
Add the egg noodles and stir.
Cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
Garnish with dried parsley or chives, if desired. Serve hot.
