An easy weeknight dinner made with tender beef and broccoli tossed with ramen noodles in a savory stir-fry sauce. It's better than takeout and a deliciously filling family meal.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil red pepper flakes, garlic, green onions and cornstarch. Pour the sauce into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours until the beef is tender.
30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the broccoli and ramen noodles. Stir together.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
