crushed pineapple
well drained

Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
Whisk in dry pudding mix until smooth.
Chill for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, pineapple, and cottage cheese.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Serving size: 1 cup
Use instant lemon pudding mix, not cook-and-serve.
Drain the crushed pineapple very well to keep the fluff from becoming too loose.
For best texture, chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
I don’t recommend freezing because the texture can become watery after thawing.
