1 cup caramelized onions
10 egg roll wrappers
10 slices deli-sliced roast beef
20 slices provolone
vegetable oil for frying
1 tsp dried minced onion
½ tsp garlic powder
2 cups beef broth
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

To start assemble your egg rolls.
Set an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape and add 2 slices of provolone cheese and a slice of roast beef.
Next spoon over a little of the caramelized onions.
Lightly wet each side of the egg roll wrapper with a finger dipped in water.
Fold in the corners and then roll into an egg roll.
Repeat with all the egg rolls.
Over medium heat in a large deep frying pan, heat up about 1 inch of vegetable oil.
In batches, add the egg rolls seam side down and fry about 1 minute per side until golden brown.
Place the egg rolls on a wire rack or paper towel lined tray to drain.
In a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, warm the beef broth, minced onion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Garnish with parsley.
Serve egg rolls with the dipping sauce.
