Whip up this easy, 5-ingredient Christmas Sugar Cookie Fudge that's a delicious combo of rich, festive flavors and tastes just like a sugar cookie. It's the perfect sweet addition to your holiday dessert table and sure to become a treat everyone looks forward to each season!
Prepare a small square pan (8 x 8 or similar size) by lining it with parchment paper (or aluminum foil, coated with cooking spray).
Combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until melted. It should take 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overcook.
Stir to ensure all the white chocolate mixture is melted, then add ⅔ of the Christmas themed sprinkles, stirring them in. Add the sugar cookie mix, and stir until smooth.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, and smooth it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles over the top.
Cover the fudge with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator, and allow to set for 2 hours, or overnight.
Lift the fudge from the baking dish by pulling up the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and cut into squares of desired size. Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
Notes
Use good-quality white baking chips for the smoothest melt and best flavor.
Don’t overheat the mixture—stir frequently and stop microwaving once it’s just melted to prevent burning.
Add the sugar cookie mix last to avoid clumping and ensure a smooth, even texture.
Let it fully chill before cutting—overnight is best for clean slices.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
Switch up the sprinkles for different holidays or themes throughout the year!
