yellow mustard

apple cider vinegar

brown sugar

honey

ketchup

tsp
Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

onion powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
optional, for heat
salt and pepper
to taste

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Taste and adjust seasoning—add more vinegar for extra tang, or a bit more sugar or honey if you prefer it sweeter.
Remove from heat and let cool. The sauce will thicken slightly as it cools.
Transfer to a jar or bottle and refrigerate. Use within 2 weeks.
Notes
This sauce is best served chilled or at room temperature.
Try it on smoked pulled pork, grilled sausages, or even as a dipping sauce for fries or pretzels.
For a spicier kick, add more cayenne or a splash of hot sauce.
