Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Pour the cherry pie filling on the bottom of the 9x13 inch pan.
Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the cherry pie filling.
Pour the Dr. Pepper over the cake mix and gently mix the cake mix to incorporate the soda.
Pour the maraschino cherries with their syrup over the cake and gently mix the cake layer again, saturating any dry spots.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
