Add all of the ingredients listed (carrots, celery, diced ham, dried minced onion, dried thyme, curry powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, tomatoes, chicken broth, water, and all 4 cans of drained and rinsed beans) to the Crock Pot. Stir to combine.
Place the lid on the Crock Pot and set to low for 8 hours.
Remove the lid and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
