Add smokies, brown sugar, grape jelly and BBQ sauce to the bottom of a 5 to 7 quart slow cooker. Gently toss with a large serving spoon until the ingredients are well distributed.
Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 ½ to 3 hours. Stir and mix the smokies periodically.
Just before the smokies have finished cooking, prepare the honey mustard dipping sauce. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well with a fork. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
