Preheat the oven to 400℉. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add the ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until the beef is cooked and onions are softened.
Stir in ketchup, mustard and relish.
Spread the meat mixture in the prepared baking dish.
Add the Velveeta to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 30-second increments for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in 2 tablespoons of milk.
Pour the Velveeta mixture on top of the meat mixture.
Top with a layer of frozen Tater Tots.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Top with cheddar cheese. Bake another 5 minutes. Top with dill pickles. Serve hot.
