Chicken Pinwheels
A quick and simple party snack that's a real crowd pleaser. Cream cheese, chicken and all the fixins' are wrapped into a flour tortilla to make delicious roll ups. Perfect as a game day starter or for lunch.

Instructions
Add chicken broth, butter and minced garlic to a saucepan over medium high heat.
Place the chicken breasts inside and cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken and add to a large mixing bowl. Shred the chicken, then allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Add the Doritos to a ziptop bag and crush. Use a rolling pin or meat mallet to crush into fine crumbs.
Add crushed Doritos and all remaining ingredients to the bowl with the shredded chicken. Mix thoroughly.
Spread ¼" thick layer onto each tortilla. Stop ¼" from the edges.
Tightly roll each tortilla into a log. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Cut the ends off each tortilla roll. Then, cut the tortillas into 1" pieces.
Let the pinwheels chill slightly before serving.
