Italian sausages
casings removed and crumbled

Instructions
Cook bacon and Italian sausage on the stove on medium heat. Drain fat and add to slow cooker.
Add in all the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Add to individual bowls and top with mozzarella cheese.
