whole milk

skim milk powder

yogurt culture

Instructions
Add milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
Add ¼ cup milk to a glass and dump in yogurt culture packet to dissolve.
Add skim milk powder and mixture in glass to the pot of cooled milk. Whisk to combine.
Pour milk mixture into yogurt maker. Set fermentation time for 9 hours and press START.
After 9 hours are up, the yogurt maker will switch to automatic cooling. Let cool a minimum of 12 hours.
Store yogurt in the fridge.
