Switch it up for Mexican night! These healthier oven-baked chicken burgers are made with taco seasoning and topped with guacamole, jalapenos, and of course, cheese.
Preheat oven to 475°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add ground chicken, bread crumbs and taco seasoning to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
With damp hands, form meat into six equal sized patties. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes and flip patties over. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Add cheddar cheese slices on top of each patty and bake until melted (about 1 to 2 minutes).
Place burgers on hamburger buns and add on toppings.
