Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
In a mixing bowl, stir together rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, water, parsley and curry powder. Spread on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of chicken breasts.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 ½ hours. No peeking!
