taco sauce

cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat broiler to high.
Place the potato slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Season with salt.
Broil 4 inches from the heat for about 4 minutes, or until browned. Flip the potatoes and broil on the other side, about 4 minutes.
Drizzle taco sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle on green onions, green olives and cheddar cheese.
Broil about 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
