Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in a casserole dish.
In a large bowl, stir together celery, garlic, green pepper, onions, tomato soup, water, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Sprinkle on fresh thyme, if desired.
