Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Add about 1 tablespoonful of Parmesan cheese to baking sheet. Make sure to space far enough apart so there is no overlap. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Bake for 5 minutes. Remove with a spatula to a serving platter.
